Tranquil Passing, LLC offers in home euthanasia services to families in the Spokane, Spokane Valley, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls and Hayden area. Our mission is to allow families the opportunity to say goodbye within the comfort, peace, and quiet of their own home and provide a gentle, kind, compassionate and dignified passing for their beloved pet companions.
About Dr. Rasmussen
Dr. Rasmussen grew up on a farm north of Spokane in Chewelah, Washington. She has had a variety of pets and animals in her life from a very young age. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating from veterinary school she did a year-long rotating internship at an emergency and critical care facility in Los Angeles, California. After finishing her internship she accepted a position as a staff doctor in the emergency and critical care department. In 2013 she returned home to the Spokane area to be closer to family. She is married to her husband David and they have two sons Ian and Lincoln. In addition to their human children, they have two pet children Gertrude and Tiny Tim (Chihuahuas).
About Dr. Yurenka
Dr. Meghan Yurenka grew up in Michigan and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She practiced small animal medicine in the Seattle area for five years before moving to Coeur d’Alene. She, her husband Trevor, and daughter Fern share their home with Filson (Golden Retriever), Morsel (Morkie), and two cats: Melby and Popcorn.
About Dr. Erica Ronhovde
Dr. Erica Ronhovde was born and raised in Wenatchee, WA. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Washington State University in 2013. She moved to Spokane in 2014 and has loved living here ever since. When she isn’t working, she enjoys hanging out with her 2 dogs, Kassidy (cattle dog mix) and Kiya (lab mix) as well as hiking, kayaking, and doing anything she can outdoors.
